i have a shower that has a broken tile down the bottom corner, one person says the tile can be replaced no worries with a matching one and the shower itself does not need regrouting fully but in a few patches partially but needs resiliconing.

second quote i got said that the shower need fully regrouting and that i wouldnt be able to get any tiles to match and he would use epoxy resin to prevent the cracked tile from leaking and if the tile was removed it would stuff the gyprock wall and several more tiles would need to be removed to repair it and the tile would be a different colour if he got one to fit. he would epoxy the tile then put this spray or something over the entire shower tiles surface to waterproof it.

who do i believe? its a 14 year old house, are tiles that out of production already?? they both quoted basically the same price, only dollars seperate them.
