Strange issue with compact fluro downlights
Hoping someone can shed some light on this,
I notice while lying in bed the other night that one of my compact fluros was flashing after it had been turned off, I had a closer look and it was just one of the four parts inside of the bulb that was flashing, it flashed nearly exactly every 5 seconds and was about the brightness of a small led, it was bright enough that i noticed it in the bedroom and the light is in the hall wall. It jkept going until I fell asleep maybe 20mins.
Is this normal or do I have a issue?
