Hi,
80% of my house is on stumps (Victorian house); however the rear 2.5 to 3 mtrs is on a slab (not sure of age maybe 30years + at a guess), which looks like it was added some time ago maybe when the bathroom was added. The slab isn't great and has a few cracks in it (under tiles). I'm considering a reno in the near future to the side of the house and possibiliy in the longer term adding to the back. I was wondering if it was possible and if so what is involved (cost wise) to have the slab replaced with stumps. I'm not even sure if this is possible without dismantling the part of the house that sits on the slab?

Has anyone done anything similar?

Thanks in advance.
