It's me again !! this time I'm asking bathroom renov...

The bathroom size is approx. 5 m2
We want to knock down the existing toilet, bathtub (1.5m) and vanity and replace with the new one. Also need replace 3 x plasterboard wall to 3 x cement sheets.
(Is bathroom should use cement sheet instead of plaster board?) how about ceiling?
Plumbing, electrion (replace the old fan with a 3 in 1 fan&heat) and tiling (1.5 sides of wall & floor) are required.

A handyman quote me $3600 labour only, not including buliding material (eg. tile adhesive, cements sheets etc). (this price is I need to assist him as well...)

Is that a resonable price?
If any people would give us some pricing idea, it would be mostly appreciated.
