Exaggerations
I'm putting this in the Jokes section, because it's less serious than it appears.
"The report of my death was an exaggeration." - Mark Twain, June 1897

"The reports of my deaths were also exaggerations." - Joe Greiner, February 2009

With assistance of Google.
I'm reasonably certain that I'm not related to either of them, except perhaps for a cross-over eons ago. In 1998, I visited Regensburg, Germany, whence my great-grandfather emigrated to America around 1860. I found over 50 listings of the surname in the telephone book. The total population of Regensburg is about 140,000.

Yeah, I found him a while back too, Ray. It's amazed me how many copies there are of such a strange name. It would make some sense if my name was "John Smith" or something more common.
Good to see you at least part way out of the woods.
