Interesting
At first I thought an extremely good wide angle lens
But if you zoom in the centre of the photo (ie the press on the scaffolding straight across)
There's a chap with a clipboard, you will notice that the picture seems joinedregards

If you browse their home page you will see many more examples of their work, including some interest work of Sydney Harbour.
Their library also includes images of Brazil and Peru very interesting work, at least that is as far as I've gone thus far. I am sure there is alot more to explore.
