Ok weather is a bit up and down, but this BBQ will go ahead rain hail or shine - I have a big tarp

Sorry Neil but I will not be able to make it, again. I held off responding hoping things would change but alas no. You seem to have a good crowd and I would have loved to have been able to link names on a computer to faces. Anyway it was not to be. You seem to be a social soul so when you have another one I'll make it a priority.

What happened to the forecast of fine with a possibility of showers , now it is thunderstorms . Today the storms held off until 3pm, hopefully it will hold off tomorrow .

Scatterd showers. Isolated thunderstorms developing during the afternoon, chiefly just inland from the coasts. Light to moderate NE to SE winds.
