dampness membrane options
Am looking at building in the triple garage and doubt that it will have a dampness membrane as by the look of it it was an add on to the existing house some 10 years ago. What are the other options I have?
I was at Bunnings this arvo and noticed they stocked a 10 litre tine of some roll on sealent paint @ $105 a tin that stated it waterproofed and dust proofed concrete floors, would this be suffice?
Is the dampness membrane sole purpose to stop rising damp and thus mold etc forming on the carpet?
