Bathroom renovation
Hi All,
I am a new member and I am renovating a bathroom.
Can anyone help with a few questions.
1. If I need to patch render that has come away using renderit from bunnings do I need to spray the area with water before applying the render?
2. Laying the base morter on the floor to get the right fall to the drain can i use straight premixed bags og sand/cement or do i need to add more sand to the mix.
3. Can you add a product to the render and the floor base morter to help waterproof, if so what is it called.
4. if i am extending my tiling up the wall that has already been painted do i meed to take the paint off back to the plaster?
Sorry for so many questions but i am finding it hard to get answers and the wife is onto me to get the job done.
Thanks:doh:
