Ashore, yes but Australia has inhabited islands and they are not even states let alone countries, I'm trying to remember if Guernsey and Jersey are separate competitors at the Commonwealth Games - I think they are - which suggests country status.

The 1 outstanding is Columbia (thought, by prozac, to have posted) unless any one can say positively we do have a contributer from there.

They are a British crown colony and definitely not part of the UK for they have their own separate laws dealing with taxation, trusts, companies and citizenship aspects. A little known and often overlooked tax haven.
Visited a few times in a previous life setting up tax minimisation schemes.
