WOODWORKING QUIZ for 15 Sept 04
Good Evening Friends,
Using a hole saw is great and does a neat job but the only problem is that each time you have to knock out the donut you just drilled before you can continue, and could be time consuming.
What would be a good solution to make this chore a little quicker?

a)use a holesaw arbor that has an ejector spring
b)use one of the new quick attach/release arbors that aloow you to snap the blade off, remove the waste and plug it back together.

Drill from both sides (if possible) so that the plug will be only partly inside the hole saw.

WOODWORKING QUIZ ANSWER for 15 Sept 04
Good Evening Friends,
there were several answers given on this one and I like the one where you drill most way through and then go to the other side and finish leaving a part of the plug sticking out.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. So attached is todays answer.
