relating this thread yesterday to some fellow woodies
The story came out of one fellows troubles wearing one.
Just like Cellist but he was wearing it at a demonstration not only did he suffer the problem of hot air rising but also the embarrassment of not hearing it while his audience did.

I understand methane is poisonous.
Suppose if it's trapped in the helmet it won't harm the environment.

I guess if we caught them in jam jars and buried them my could do our bit for global warming.

TL, you can catch them in jam jars, and a week later, when opened under the nose of a friend, will still have the desired effect.

You could also just casually wander behind someone at the appropriate time.
