Hollow sound coming from beneath concrete?
In a corner of my home I have a hollow sound coming from beneath my concrete. I also notice a small amount of moisture in a circle close by. A couple of the walls around it have small cracks going through the bricks. Does this mean underpinning? I also have a big brick planter box beside all of this which accumulates alot of water and I was wondering if this could have anything to do with causing the problems, as I think it leaks to somewhere under there? Can anyone give me some advice? ...
