cement tile vs colourbond
Here's an interesting one..... We are planning an extension to our existing home. It is 11.4 sq (106.3 m2) and the extension will add 12.4 sq (122.8 m2) to the house with a 53m2 multi level deck off the back. The existing house was built in 1966 and has monier 100 cement tiles on it. I had thought about doing the new bit in the same tiles to match up with the existing. This would mean a revamp of the old roof (pressure clean and paint, we already had the repointing done, as it was leaking)....
