HELP!!!

siteworks was done and concrete was laid for my garage off the ROW (right of way).

Since then the drain has clogged... got the plumber out. he reckons there is a a rock or concrete down there. its obvious that the inspection pipe (which is where the concrete it) has been damages and has been shifted.

is there only one way to fix - excavate and install a new inspection pipe? how can we get rid of the rock/concrete in the drain?

the broken inspection pipe does not pose that big a problem coz there is still access but the blockage is a problem. the plumbers spinner tool was mangled when he tried to unblock the drain.

i will try get pics tomorrow.

HELP!!!

i will chase the concreter or site works person to fix this but i wanna know what is the solutions first. because the drain was fine before that
