is this correct or hazardous wire connection?
ive just been up in the roof this afternon checking out a job that was done friday, had an electrician come install a clipsal safety switch on friday when i wasnt home but wife was, and check out the electrical system and put in an external power point.
took him a few hours to do.
when he put in the external power point he just tapped into another line half way in the middle of the roof that goes to a power point on another wall and ran a junction box off of it at 90 degrees down the wall to the external power point on the other wall. now is this a dodgey way or is this fine? i would have thought he would have run a new wire to the switch box.????
