recently bought a queenslander thats got a few timber stumps rotted at the bottom. Got a restumper having a look at them soon. i notice one room in particular has a kind of trampoline effect, if i jump lightly the bookcase shakes! I thought the stumps looked alright on that end of the house! never lived in a stumped house before so not sure what is normal and what is not...?
