Hi guys,

To get me started I have some jobs lined up in Albury (uber-mates rates - I f***k up your floor - you dont sue me!!!!).

The first one is a Cypress kitchen and hallway. And the question is how do I level a hallway, if it is too narrow to cut across at 45 deg. I assume I just run the length of it, and use the same grits as I do on the wider rooms?

The second one, is a room which has a few different types of boards (Jarrah, Cypress etc), which are not all laid parallel (there are some in a 45 degree pattern covering old fireplaces and stuff). My guess here is to still cut across the room in 45 degree patterns, but maybe only down to say 80 grit and then use the disc sander with 100 grit + from there on in?

The last one is a radiata hallway. It does have the residual glue from the lino, but I think I should start with a slightly higher grit maybe 60? Given that is such a soft wood.
