DIETS
For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies:
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.
4. The Italians drink large amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians, British, or Canadians.
6. Ukrainians drink a lot of vodka, eat a lot of perogies, cabbage
rolls and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans, Australians,
British, or Canadians.
The conclusion is that speaking English is what causes heartattacks.......Last edited by Christopha; 7th September 2004 at 05:28 PM.

I always watch what I eat just in case I accidentally eat the table cloth or the cat or one of the kids.

One thing I can say is those Perogies (or Piragi's as I know them) are one of the best things you could ever eat. My mum makes them all the time and boy do they taste good. They are a very small special bread roll filled with bacon and onion which is cooked with certain herbs and spices. Can put other fillings in them but the bacon ones my mum makes are just bloody fantastic. I don't know of anyone who doesn't like em. My mouth is watering thinking of em
