Have not taken any photos of my work yet and me being a keen photographer shame on me. I mainly like to do intarsia as a hobby as after work doing furniture kicthens and bedrooms mainly so my days are spent around wood.
As to timber we use cherry, american walnut, oak, beech, maple, african walnut, pine, wenge mainly and i've used abit of olive wood in my intarsia aswell.
All timber is imported and pretty expensive especially americian walnut.
Link to my photographic website enjoy.

Great photos! Especially partial to the ships as I was in the Navy in the 60's.
Cheers,
Ed
