Hello, I have a 5 month old house in Ellenbrook and have all materials, ceramic tiles, grout, adhesive & spacers, just need them laid in the 2nd toilet (1x1.5m)& laundry (3x4m)roughly. Skirting tiles are already on the walls as a border, the builder did them already. Our budget is $200-$500. Some people have been giving us rediculous quotes like $55psm! Thanks, Chantelle.
