G'day from central Vic
New member but have learnt a LOT whilst lurking so thought I'd sign up. Just bought another house to renovate after renting for a couple of years (boy is that a PITA) so will probably need some advice and guidance over the coming months. I really like the tone of these groups, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Look forward to getting involved.

G'day Aldemaar, Welcome to a great forum. As you are aware there's a wealth of info to be had here. What part of Central Vic are you at? Anywhere near Euroa?

I met a guy from NJ on R&R in Sydney in '71 but when I went to visit with him & his family years later he was living in Portland, Maine. So I never got to NJ (or NYC for that matter). Closest I came was Boston.
