Nice design Chipman. I left plenty of clearance either side of the system unit but I haven't cut the internal dividers/support panels yet - I'll open them up like you did. Thanks for the tip on putting down several layers of u/c. I have made do with one coat not too "fat" to avoid runs but laying down a couple or three in quick succession makes sense. Good one!

Thanks for the tips guys.
Must say that looks really good that little unit you have built Chipman. I like the finish on the unit too. Is that like a matt type of finish?
