Truely amazing stuff......complete with people standing around watching and even one guy with a camera to record it all.
Its not all bad though.....one of the spectators has gone to the trouble of putting on a hard hat.Whatever note you blow youre never more than a semitone away from the correct one....(Miles Davis)

So many things to go wrong. I wonder why there's no pix of him getting off?

At first I thought it was just the backhoe pushing the train carraige along, but further viewing showed a different senario.
I have driven a few backhoes in my life and when you get the rear wheels off the ground just a few feet it becomes scary and you need nerves of steel. In this case I would say very silly, it must be in USA. Maybe this was the first successful attempt out of who knows how many tries. The other machines are probably being fixed.

Don't wish to upset the joke but:
The backhoe is specially modified to climb on to the train and to move from carriage to carriage unloading them.
Note the slides on the front bucket, under the body and at the rear.
There is a whole article on it some where I went on the Web, but I can not find it yet.
OHS is not the issue.
Stupidity is not the issue.
The issue is lack of knowlege about what is really happening and why.

Had a mate that loaded his excavator onto a low loader like this. He has done it for 25 years with no accidents.
At the insistance of OHS he got a new trailer with ramps and had no end of strife loading it.
