clear in a spray can
giday all, ive been using wattle estapol satin in a spray can to finish intarsia , but that may not be suitable in the future ,id like to use single pack laquer but the pressure blows all the small pieces all over the shed .does anyone know any spray pack clears apart from estapol or any other method that would be suitable .

Last time I looked at a Timbercon cataloque (about 4 years ago), they had pressure pack tins of laquer, I always wondered if they would be any good.

Try a bit of bluetac or a piece of masking tape rolled to hold the bits while you spray them.
Cheers,

rodm's idea about using masking tape is Ok but you can avoid having to hold them and get clear on your hand or a glove if you use a strip of masking tape made into a loop with the sticky side on the outside.
You can stick the tape to a piece of cardboard, ply MDf or any other surface half on the surface half facing up) and then you will have a sticky strip or strips you can put your pieces onto.
You can then spray them with a normal spray gun and any finish you like,
