    Default Unable to give reputation

    I wanted to add reputation to Zhzzyt for a post he made in Box section but got the message "you must spread reputation before giving it to Zhzzyt again " I do not believe I had previously given reputation to Z before - but how can I check who I have given reputation to -This could allow me to check on the onset of "CRAFT" disease
