Isaac Hayes
Sad news today groovers. The man behind the voice that enouraged a generation getting close and personal, and into bed, that was responsible for an explosion of white babies (and black ones too) across the western world has died aged 65.
Don't know if it will ever be the same now when you're getting intimate and your partner is listening to the soothing words of a big black man to help make the mood.

Growing up in the shadow of Detroit meant that Isaac was part of our soundtrack. I committed a lot of love atrocities with that music in the background.
