Can't change skin

This was part of the email I received from WWF a short wile ago

I will also be reinstating the old single page forum as the default page for Guests. As a member you will be able to revert to the Tabbed Forums skin by selecting the skin of your choice in the drop down (bottom, left side, of all screens).

I can't seem to find the drop down at the bottom of any screen to change the skin. I am stuck with the default one. Has this option been abandoned or am I missing something?

I've had a look about and can't find anything either. It's definitely not at the bottom left.

It's possible it's a hiccup as part of the changes going through and it will become available later ?

Personally I prefer the all on one page, but I can understand why you want the tabs...
