A pretty nasty looking cut!
Being in the food service the majority of my life, I can relate. Over the years I have had veggies,meat, etc give me a bite.
A wise saying is "always cut towards your chum,never cut towards your thumb"...... "you can always get a new chum but never get a new thumb"!
Hope she mends quickly!
