Amos had been having a little trouble in the conjugal department. Alma eventually persuaded him to go see a doctor. When he finally arrived home, she was astounded to see him wearing a three-piece suit, expensive shoes, new gold watch and assorted bling.
Of course she demanded to know what this was about. ‘Well,’ says Amos, ‘Doc, he say, “Amos, you’re impotent.” So I gets
to thinking on the way home, if I’se impotent, I gots to look impotent!’
