gas
don't know if you are natural or lpg gas, I have two rennai heaters on lpg . Each heater if approx one third of the way into large 17 meter long open plan living room kit and dine cathedral ceilings and they will heat the room up in no time at all . I am very happy with the rennai.

those shiny new little everdure heaters are pretty good for the money, they have a child lock-out setting too on the remote.
