    Default Strata buildings

    Do you have to upgrade fire services to comply with current legislation eventhough the building complied with all the relevant legislation when built?

    Generally no, unless the building is substantially remodelled. Why all the questions? Perhaps you'd like to give us a bit of background information, it's good etiquette and it may help us to help you better.

    It's for a a tafe building assignment. I'm 18 and ive been researching about it but it hasn't given me a clear cut answer.
