I need an exhaust fan for the bathroom that has minimal roof clearance. preferably with duct so i can vent it to the side of the house.
Anyone know of such a product?

Not off the shelf.....but you can buy the ducting by the metre as well as the intake and vent and, most importantly, an inline fan all from places like http://www.universalfans.com.au/inline.htm
Yhould be able to make something of that.Ours is not to reason why.....only to point and giggle.

I am assuming you need a low profile fan and ducting you have a flat roof and no internal ceiling access have you considered a wall/window mount exhaust fan??
