Timber Floor renovation in kitchen
I'm considering having my kitchen renovated and want to replace the damaged timber floor with new timber flooring. As I am not a woodworker,(Toolmaker by trade) I would be seeking the services of a professional tradesperson to rip out the old flooring and lay down new timber floorboards. Any tips on the type of timber top be used? I was thinking of Australian Blackbutt. Any advice on a company or qualified tradesman that could do the job for me. I live approx. 17kms south of Sydney. Many thanks.
