Most probably your server, give it a few hours to return to normal, if no luck you might have to find if others using the same server are having the same problem.
Do a system restore in the meantime.
Otherwise it sometimes means a technical call to the server.woody U.K.

There is a period around 2am AEDST that the forum refuses to load, think the server is backing up database around then.

The forum has been hopelessly slow all day - must be the server uploading through a dial up line!
ETA: current response time 10-33 seconds and I have ADSL2 - everything else is instantaneous. Will try again tomorrow. Goodnight!
ETA2 : This morning it's OK. Thanks to whoever fixed it.

I cannot get into ubeaut at around 15.00 GMT, its when the USA wake up and our server is loaded with their traffic I think.

Yeh wheeling, I even got my chevron box glued up at last. (frost again this morning tho, so another delay)
Come to think about it, I could not use Outlook Express for emails either at that time, so it must have almost been universal on the web yesterday.woody U.K.
