Yeh i built the frames from scratch, Im pleased how they came up.
The existing building external wall will be raised around 300mm. This will allow the skillion style roof beams to span from the new external wall to the current external wall and onto the load bearing wall in the middle of the building. Effectively totally covering the current skillion roof. The entire roof sheeting is being replaced at the same time.

Looks good, where in Canberra are you - I may be able to offer a hand when your throwing the roof on. (Gotta get the practice somewhere)

Materials are all mgp10 structual pine (except stumps are treated).
Stumps treated pine 150mm dia ( i think 120mm was the minimum as per the building code)
Bearer span of 1800 with 2/140x45
Joist span 1800 with 140x 45 at 450mm centers
Yellow tongue flooring
Lintels sliding door was 190x45 windows are 140x45
90x45 wall plates
90x35 studs at 450mm centers
Roof beams are 240x45 to acheive a 5000mm span.
Purlins are 70x35
You really need to get a hold of the BCA and span tables to work out what you need for your particular project.
