Default has anyone had experience with feast and watson decking oil?

    Hi All,

Just wandering if anyone has had any experience with the feast and watson decking oils?, I am building several merbau screens to compliment a garden, and a friend suggested this brand, however after readin several threads here I found that this spa n deck seems to be the preffered choice, am I right in thinking this?

Any assistance would be highly valued!

Yes had plenty of F & W experience ... More 20 litre tins than i care to count... It depends on what your after and where the screens face.. i have a maintenence job where we recoat annually and they have 3 screens which all face different conditions and weather at different rates..
This year we transferred all flat surface to spa n deck and kept all vertical screens to F & W
    1. The F&w i feel looks more natural than spa n deck
    2. The spa n deck lasts a lot longer..
    3. The f & w is a lot quicker to apply as runs aren't an issue with vertical surfaces
    4. Spa n deck dries quicker allowing a faster job turn around
    5. F & w is cheaper to do as cleaner is low cost and product is cheaper
    6. For ease of use on vertical surface i go F & W
    7. For longer lasting on flat surface i go spa n deck
    Hope this helps

    cheers utemad
