    Default Project 1 - Wardrobe

This is the first of three projects that I have just finished. SWMBO made the granddaughters (6 & 4) clothes for their small dolls. Within 48 hours I had a phone call from one asking for Pa to make a box to keep them in. This is the result of the request.

The timber is myrtle. The finish is Danish oil followed by Organoil natural wax. Joinery is the same as that which would be used for a full size robe.

If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."

Pa - your grandkids are Lucky!!!!! I honestly thought the wardrobe was full-size until I saw the glue bottle.

Don't laugh. The point has already been made.

I hope that when I become a Pa I too can make something that nice. First I have to learn how to cut straight, plane straight, mark out, measure - Forget it I'll just go by them something and tell them I made it.
