Planning my next project to build some timber screens for between new patio and the garage. (yes I am running out of projects)

I'm looking for advise on what timber to use. These guys have used Merabu and 50 x 19mm Yellow Balau (stained) as in this photo. Here in WA, there is Jarrah galore, but I think it will be too dark for what I am after - a cedar type look.

The longest length I need will be 2450mm and the total linear meters is 113m of 70mm x 19mm or there abouts and looking for smooth finish.

Two things, what's the best supplier wholesale or retail in Perth Metro where I can get the best bang for bucks and...

what should I expect to pay per linear m.

Worse luck I did see Ross's auctions have a large timber sale last month and they had packs of this Yellow Balau and stacks of other decking.

Any suggestions appreciated
