Wet timber frames
I am curious about the impact of rain on a new house being built near me in Sydney. They have erected the ground floor frames and the floor of the first floor and now everything is wet.
What is the correct practice in this situation? Should the frames be left to dry before any cladding goes on or does it dry out later.

Thats a standard building procedure. The timber will start to dry out as soon as the roof goes on and the walls are sarked or insulated.
