ridge capping mortar mix

What is a good ratio of sand, cement and lime for a mortar mix to repair the ridge capping? I will flexipoint afterwards.

4 brazillion to one if you go by what the roof tilers use from what Ive seen on site.

My flexi point container recommended 3 sand to 1 cement prior to putting the pointing compound over the top. They've stayed there a week so far if that's any test!!
