The Price Of Postage Stamps
T.L. went to the Wallan post office to mail
yet another letter.
Allan said, "The cost of postage has gone up."

"Why don't they just make the stamps smaller?"

Yes T.L. you should feel honoured, we all liked your
tea pots even if the lids don't have knobs and hand
painted periwinkles.
The real question is, do the lids fall into the cups
when you are pouring?

Of course they do. I sell more cups that way.
(Actually no. You don't need to tip the pot that far over to get the last bit of tea out, so lids doesn't fall off.)
And I shall feel honored then. But I must make it clear to everyone that I don't even know where Wallan is, let alone the post office.anne-maria.

Tea Lady, they must let you out more often
for a look around.
Wallan is ten minutes from Kilmore but more to Seymour.
Its not far from Wandong but a long walk to Pyalong.
Ten minutes to Darraweit Guim, (pronounced Gwim), and
as any Tea Lady would know, its five minutes to
Beveridge (beverage).

Looked at Melways, (don't start!! ) its way out wop wop!!! One of those places on the way to somewhere else. I think I'll stick to getting my stamps closer to home. I'm less blonde there.
