steel sub floor which is best
I have recently got 2 quotes for a sub floor system for a 100m2 extension.
one is lysaght quick a floor with Uni piers and the other dura gal from one steel .
Has anyone any experience with installing either of these and have the pros and cons of each.
The engineering calls for 35 stumps including verandah, with holes 450 x 450 x 300 deep. Would it be practicle / cheaper for me to hire a mixer and dig / fill holes myself. If so what do I need to be aware of???
