Pergola - rough cost
I am planning to get a pregola built over an existing concrete slab and was wondering about ball park costs to have it done. I'll build a deck underneath later on as its only ~400mm off the slab.
Can anyone advise rough cost to have it done as the quotes i have so far at over $7000 seem a bit excessive (excludes council DA ~$600 and drafting at $400-$500)
Gable style
Coverage Size: ~5.5m x 6m
Fixed to existing L-shaped fascia on 2 sides ie in a corner next to Laundry.
treated pine frame
metal roof
gutter on one 5.5m side, other side/back to use existing gutter.
Cheers

Yep, Softwoods did mine. Triangular approx 5x6x7M. Gabled . Delivered un-painted. $8000 inc Gov't approval, 2 gutters GST and Laserlite. Built in 3 days.
I spent about $300 and 2 days to paint the wood before it was erected. DON'T wait till its built to paint it.
Hope this helps
