Red are Admins
Don't see any + signs on mine.

Green are mods as well but with limited powers for a specific forum as shown here, and black is for people that have been banned

They're not. Just an explanation of different colours. They show up in the member's list, as their posts have not been deleted (for the most part Originally Posted by weisyboy
