I suppose another to remember with hourly rates is how long it takes. For example. Paying $80 per hour to someone who can do a job 4 times quicker (better equipped, more experienced). That is equivalent to paying yourself $20 per hour. So if you earn more in your current job than that, it may be more beneficial to pay someone else to do it.
