Painting small bedroom on hot day
Hello,
My wife and i were thinking of painting our sons bedroom this weekend but it's going to be around 30 degrees. Is this an issue for painting, will it dry too quick and am I better to wait for a cooler day?
We're keen to paint this weekend, so I'd be interested in your thoughts... we are using dulux 101 low sheen...
Thanks

I'm painting bedrooms in my sisters house in SW QLD this weekend and it should be over 30deg. My plan is to start very early, take a mid-day break to watch the cricket and then continue late afternoon. If it's still too hot in the afternoon, then I'll have a few beers and think about what I'll do the next day. One bedroom shouldn't take too long to complete between two people. Do your preparation the day before (Saturday maybe) so you can get that early start.
My 2c worth.
