No reason why you cant use 90's to move the vent, its only admitting air, not conveying waste.

You might not be able to change it to 50mm tho- It probably is ok if you dont have alot of plumbing in your house
How many bathrooms, toliets, kitchens etc?If you dont play it, it's not an instrument!

Unless your on a vaccumm sewerage system, then it must remain 100mm.
