How best to insulate a room
Hello,
I'm looking at converting an existing room in our house into a home office. At the moment the internal walls of the room are not lined with anything and the room is located at the back of the house and gets the full strength of the afternoon sun.
I was wondering how best to go about insulating the room to reduce the afternoon heat and whats is the best material to line the walls with?
Thanks.
