Astrid, there is no top, I have hoop pine 23/360mm from old shop shelving to use, the shop was built in the 1870s & I have used these boards before, they will work in well.
The piece is from about the same era, an antique, but I doubt of any real value, condition is too poor.
I think I will finish the oiling, wax it & keep it in the office. It can have a new lease on life as a fax/copier table.

sorry,
didnt realize it was only legs,
but there very nice legs!
I'm sure youll make a great job of the top,
shoudnt be too hard to match the patina.
bang it up a bit and and youll have a great table.
